ASHIMA residential project land is fully paid and having no mortgage/loan against the same from any bank/ entity. ASHIMA now plans to develop Residential Project at Dag No. 345 (Old Dag No. 128) & 346 (Old Dag No. 130), Near Tezpur University, Tezpur, Assam- 784028. Project has been approved by Tezpur Development Authority (TDA) vide building permit Number TDA/BP/PUNION1/1404/2022 dated 16-12-2022.
ASHIMA plans to construct 168 Residential Units with amenities like Multipurpose Hall, Indoor Games, Gym, Swimming Pool, Sewage Treatment Plant, Rain Water Harvesting, Generator Backup, CCTV 24x7, Surveillance and sufficient vehicle parking for residents as well as visitors.
ASHIMA will also develop two floor Shopping Plaza catering to daily needs and services
